Cabergoline CABER

An approved, long-lasting medication that lowers a hormone called prolactin, sometimes used off-label to counter hormone-related side effects from other drugs. It reliably lowers prolactin in studies, though very high cumulative doses over years have been linked to heart-valve damage in some patients.
