Anastrozole Adex

An approved breast-cancer drug that lowers estrogen in the body, also used off-label by steroid users to control estrogen-related side effects. It's well proven at lowering estrogen, but pushing estrogen too low can hurt cholesterol levels, joints, and bone strength.
