A supplement ingredient sold in early-2000s products that the body reliably converts into the steroid nandrolone. Because that conversion is well established, it does produce real muscle-building effects, but it also comes with nandrolone's known downsides: it lowers the body's own testosterone production and can affect cholesterol levels.
