11-Ketotestosterone 11-KT

A hormone the body makes naturally in small amounts, though it's the main sex hormone in fish. Early, small studies hint that it may build muscle and boost libido without some of the downsides of other hormones, but there isn't enough solid human research yet to know its full effects or safety.
