Berberine BERB

A plant compound nicknamed 'nature's Ozempic' online for its reputation as a blood-sugar helper. Human studies show it modestly improves blood sugar, cholesterol, and insulin response, but the effect is much smaller than real prescription drugs like Ozempic, and it commonly causes stomach upset.

Also known as Berberine HCl, Umbellatine, Berberin, Berbericine, Majarine, Thalsine, Umbellatin, Berberone
