Agomelatine AGO
An antidepressant approved in Europe that works partly by mimicking the body's sleep hormone, melatonin. Clinical trials support that it treats depression effectively with fewer sexual side effects than common antidepressants, though it requires occasional liver monitoring because of rare liver problems.
