Give it the vial strength, the diluent that went in, and the mark on the barrel. It returns the dose in milligrams and micrograms, plus the concentration you mixed. Useful for checking a number somebody else worked out, for auditing a half-remembered protocol, and for the moment you realise you reconstituted with 1 mL instead of 2 mL and want to know what that means before you fix it.
